  They choose to serve their friends instead of the customer.. coffee was pour I would recommend trying another place.

  Best lunch I've had in a long long time... smoked trout on toast.. coffee great and the friendly happy folk made my time here a real pleasure... keep it up guys.. you rock!

  I had the smoked salmon and aioli on toast and it BLEW MY MIND. Definitely coming back for breakfast/lunch, for the rest of my stay here

  If not being for the fact the other cafes in the town didn't open until 9am, I would not have eaten here. Having run a cafe, I understand a menu asking for no changes to the menu for busy periods. At 8am when only 20% full, I am astounded at being told the chef won't add 3 extra poached eggs to the 'mushrooms, feta and 1 poached egg' menu item. The best he could do would be to suggest I buy a second meal of 2 poached eggs on toast. When I asked if he could make the second meal with 3 poached eggs on toast, they said no, that would require me to purchase a third meal of a poached egg on toast. Already the most expensive cafe I've encountered on my trip from Melbourne to Jindabyne, I find it incredible that a service based business can so easily forget they exist because of customers..... On principal, wouldnt ever attend this cafe again. Meal review itself was 6/10. Coffee was excessively hot, the one poached egg was overcooked, the toast was good, the mushrooms and feta were good.
